The Centre for Organization and Personal Excellence (COPE) emerged with the objective to help every individual and Organization to reach their excellence. We started our operation in the year 2014. The vital domain of COPE in career guidance is for students, Professionals, and Startups in their business sustainability and for Social Entrepreneurship like NGOs and SHG.
At COPE, we mentor students through live sessions and one on one interactions offering Career guidance skills like Communicating confidently, developing positive habits, and being self-aware. We customized programs for educationists to bring about a real and measurable impactful mind shift.
We strive to build collaborative skills, confidence, and shared learning, through various student activities, group discussions, Audio/visual `aids, concept explanations, simulations, peer to peer learning in our workshops. Our learning delivery ensures a healthy mix of gamification, discussions, role-plays, pre and post-work, and personalized handholding; making it a fun and enriching learning experience for our students.
Career Experts : All our career counselors are certified and have a minimum of 5 years of experience. We pride ourselves in our ability to assess a child’s potential going beyond the assessment reports.
